Zahra Noori Zahra Noori

Visiting Graduate Student (PhD)
Chemical Engineering

M.Sc. (Matls. Eng.); 2012 - Isfahan University of Technology (Iran)

After completing her M.Sc. degree in Materials Engineering-Extractive Metallurgy at Isfahan University of Technology, Zahra began work on her Ph.D. thesis in the Materials Engineering Department, Isfahan University of Technology, under the supervision of Dr. Masoud Panjepour and Dr. Mehdi Ahmadian. She is an active member of the Particulate Materials Group at Isfahan University of Technology. In November 2015 she joined WPI as an International Non-degree student for a nine-month visit as part of her Ph.D. program. She worked on the study and numerical simulation of the effect of pore characteristics in spherical foams on the physical and strucural properties. She returned to Iran in 2016 where she is continuing her PhD studies.
